We’ll email a PDF to you to print to give or send to your friend.

Once registered, they view available dates that are convenient for you and then email us at admin@thehairphysio.com.au to book the appointment time they want.
We will send a confirmation email from the booking system along with a link to their new patient questionnaire.
At the consultation, The HairPhysio will review the gift voucher recipient’s health, lifestyle, and medical history, and conduct a digital microscopic analysis of the hair and scalp. They will receive a report after seeing me with blood test recommendations based on the findings during the appointment.
A follow-up appointment to review any recommended blood test results, either in clinic or Telehealth, is included in the consultation fee.
