To make it easier and simpler for patients to choose a convenient appointment time we have switched to an online booking system.
Steps
- Register. The 'Book Online' button takes you to a straightforward form on the ‘MakeOnlineBooking’ page to collect essential contact details and set up a password.
- Once you’ve registered a confirmation email is sent to confirm we have your correct email address. If you don’t receive an email check your Junk folder, or email info@thehairphysio.com.au
- You must click the link in the ‘Confirm your email address with The HairPhysio’ email to ensure you receive your new patient questionnaire and information sheet.
- You will then receive another email with a link to open the website page and make a booking.
- Log in and browse the available appointment dates and times and select the one that you want.
- You will be asked to pay a 50% deposit. This deposit is refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment if you need to change that appointment. Initial Consultations are $180 and include a follow-up consultation if needed to discuss test results. Post-consultation reviews can also be booked for existing clients. This 30-minute review of your progress is $90.
- You will receive an email from The HairPhysio to confirm your appointment and deposit.
- If the appointment is for an initial consultation will receive a ‘pre-appointment questionnaire’ to be completed and returned 48 hours before your appointment.
- You will receive an email and or SMS text message to remind you of your appointment time.
- The balance of the appointment fee will be required at your appointment. Card, or Cash.
