Book Online

To make it easier and simpler for patients to choose a convenient appointment time we have switched to an online booking system.

Steps

  1. First, you will need to register.
    1. The 'Book Online' button takes you to our online booking portal to collect essential contact details and set up a password.
  2. Once you’ve registered, a confirmation email is sent to confirm that you have registered.
    1. If you don’t receive an email, check your Junk folder, or email admin@thehairphysio.com.au
  3. Once you are registered, you can use the Portal to make an appointment. Log in and browse the available services, appointment dates and times and then select the one you want.
  4. If you do not see an appointment date/time that is as soon as you would like, I do get cancellations, and have a 'waiting list'.
    1. Please email admin@thehairphysio.com.au with the days of the week and the times you are looking for.
    2. If you book an appointment, but you'd like to be notified if a cancellation happens sooner, and you'd like to be added to the list to be notified, please let me know by adding a 'request' to be added to my waiting list in the 'Notes' section at the time of booking, with days of the week and times you are looking for.
  5. For in-person consultations, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit. This deposit is refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment.
  6. Full costs for the services are
    1. New Patient Scalp and Hair Health Appointment (60 minutes): $280
    2. New Patient Scalp and Hair Health Appointment with Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Report (60 minutes): $530
    3. After Hours New Patient Scalp and Hair Health Appointment (60 minutes): $360
    4. Existing Patient Review Appointment (30 minutes): $150
    5. New Patient Scalp Only Health Appointment (30 minutes): $150
    6. Compound Microscopic Analysis & Report (30 minutes): $180
    7. General Hair and Scalp Care Appointment (30 minutes): $150
    8. Online consultations can be booked, but the full cost of $180 for the consultation is paid in advance.
  7. Once an appointment is booked, an email will be sent to confirm your appointment. It contains a new patient questionnaire and an information sheet.
  8. You will receive an email and an SMS text message to remind you of your appointment time a few days prior to the date.
  9. The balance of the appointment fee will be required at your appointment.
