Each kit provides a 4-month supply of supplements. It is essential to continue the 4-month program before results are visible.

Grace Sprirulux – Spirulina based multi-vitamin and mineral complex
Spirulina
Spirulina is a concentrated source of both iron and copper — two important minerals you need to prevent hair loss. This remarkable seaweed also contains numerous other hair health-promoting nutrients, including betacarotene, vitamin E, and vitamin C.
Grace Spirulux also contains vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6 and B12, vitamin D3, Folic Acid, nicotinamide, calcium, potassium, manganese, magnesium, and zinc. All of which are great for hair.
Grace Cal D3 – Calcium supplement, combined with Grape Seed and Garlic
Calcium
Calcium is one of the most vital minerals required to ensure proper growth, reproduction, and maintenance of the body. When there is not sufficient Vitamin D (not only required for absorbing calcium) hair loss may be experienced.
Garlic

Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3)
Vitamin D deficiency is very common and this supplement provides 100% of the 800IU daily value recommended.

Grace Tricho Shield – Pumpkin Seed Oil and Japanese Giant Knotweed Antioxidant Formulation
Cucurbita pepo (Pumpkin) seed oil
Pumpkin seed (Cucurbita pepo) oil is obtained by expeller-pressing toasted, hulled pumpkin seeds. It is a rich source of antioxidants, essential fatty acids, minerals, and more. Studies have shown that taking a Pumpkin Seed Oil (PSO) supplement for 24 weeks has a positive anabolic effect on hair growth in patients with mild to moderate Androgenic Alopecia (AGA).
Japanese knotweed
Japanese Knotweed is a very rich source of resveratrol, a phenol or plant steroid. Japanese Knotweed resveratrol is linked to several important health benefits. Resveratrol is a proven anti-inflammatory agent that has been shown in studies to reduce the markers of inflammation. Grace Alexa – Multivitamin and mineral complex combined with Asparagus
Asparagus
Asparagus is rich in protein, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and Folic acid. It also contains Also and iron. Asparagus stimulates hair production and is also a good source of silicon for healthy hair. Vitamin E also supports healthy hair and can be found in asparagus.
Grace Alexa contains the vitamin A precursor betacarotene, and vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, C, D3, E. It also contains Lycopersicon esculentum (Tomato) extract, nicotinamide, biotin, borax, iron, chromium, manganese, magnesium, potassium, zinc, selenium, and copper. All of which are great for hair.
Grace Tricho Protein – Amino Acid Complex
Amino Acids

Grace Spirulux: This product contains 2.1mg of potassium – not to be used if you are potassium intolerant, have kidney disease, or are taking heart or blood pressure medications or blood thinners such as Warfarin.
Grace Tricho Shield: This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses – adults should not exceed a daily dose of 150µg of selenium from dietary supplements.
Grace Tricho Protein: Phenylketonurics are warned that this product contains phenylalanine.
