Once we’ve received the order, we’ll send you an email so you can let us know the person’s name so we can add it to the gift voucher.
We’ll email a PDF to you to print to give or send to your friend.

Once registered, they view available dates that are convenient for them and then email us at admin@thehairphysio.com.au to book the appointment time they saw available.
We will send a confirmation email from the booking system along with a link to a questionnaire.
This appointment will involve a visual inspection of the hair, as well as the removal of some hair from the scalp for examination under a specialist compound microscope.
The appointment does not include a scalp examination.
They will receive a summary letter of your appointment after seeing me.
